IronheadChinaโs new product developed over more than one year: 33.4mm forks for Harley-Davidson.
These forks retain the original factory appearance of Harley-Davidson, while featuring upgraded internal structures with enclosed two-stage damping and O-ring oil seals to greatly improve shock absorption performance.
We pursue far more than just appearance; we place greater emphasis on internal product quality. Our forks have passed a 24-hour simulated rough road impact test, enduring 340,000 impacts within the test period without oil leakage or deformation. They have also successfully passed the salt spray test.
Two lengths are available for your selection: the stock original length, and an extended version that is 8 inches longer.
The stock length from the top nut of the front fork to the axle is 768.9 mm.
The +8″ length from the top nut of the front fork to the axle is 971.9 mm.
They fit the stock 33.4mm triple trees and hamburger drum brakes perfectly. You are welcome to purchase our hamburger drum brake wheels together with the forks.
Air freight is unavailable for these forks because they are pre-filled with suspension oil, so sea freight is the only shipping option. Delivery normally takes more than one month for European customers.
